Here's a great tip I picked up from BlackBerry Hacks, a book by Dave Mabe.
Del.icio.us has a hidden feature that lets you create a stripped down version of your bookmarks for viewing on a mobile device.
I have tested this on my Blackberry and it works beautifully. Here are four of the basic options...
Option 1: Bookmarks and Descriptions

Option 2: Bookmarks Only

Option 3: Bookmarks and Tags
